Left nail to right nail, from his head to his toes
Blood seeping from his sides, I see the blood flows
I had run away, making a distance between God and me
But you see he kept looking for me because of what I mean
So he sent Jesus to look for me and when he did that's what I saw
And I saw his agony of the cross, and it had made me in awe
I was a prodigal son, a sinner, a lamb astray, brought back to the pen
The shepherd laid asleep with faith protecting us again
Then the wolves came, lifted him up, mocked him, and he was bruised
The cross he did carry, with chains on his body soon to be loosened
